RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Please note that all my pieces are made to order, they are final sale and we do not accept returns, so please be sure of the piece you’re looking at before you purchase! If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.

 

Once an order has been placed, we put it into production and it cannot be cancelled. If you have any emergency requests, it is possible to change ring size or cancel within 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable cancellation requests.

SHIPPING

My processing time is always 4-6 weeks for hand carved items. Some pieces will ship sooner depending on the availability. We will provide tracking number as soon as the package is ready to ship. 
 

All  items are shipped with USPS express shipping and delivery time is 2 - 4 days. You are required to sign for release of package. 

The delivery times stated is for your reference only and it is based on my own experience sending all over the world. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons!  Keep that in mind when you place your order :)


Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
